Approx. dimensions: 9″ (22.9cm) high x 9.5″ (24cm) wide. Note: These 9″ high pads have a threaded center hole for blind mounting. plus the optional top bracket. Note: Not recommended for H-D low and Mini sissy bars/uprights.Low H-D Medallion style sissy bar upright. with or without welded center piece. Will not fit sissy bars / uprights of Touring and 18-23 Softail models
